Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.

HOW IT WORKS: 
When you have purchased a Gift Card you will receive an email containing your Code.

1. The Code can be used as a Discount Code on our website. (You will not be liable for delivery costs.)
2. The Code can be used at a branch of your choice. (Face to Face with the code number)
3. The Code is valid for 30 days and can only be used once.
4. Additional Discounts in stores can not be stacked with the Gift Card.
5. Full amount must be used.
6. A Gift Card may be exchanged to smaller voucher values up to the total of the original one purchased.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:
You can special request the following:

1. Custom Code Name.
2. Gift Receivers Name to appear on Virtual Card.
3. For JDC to E-mail the Card Code to The Gift Receiver Directly.
4. To have a Printed Voucher sent to the Gift Receiver

I WANT TO CANCEL MY CARD:
1. Gift Cards can be canceled and your money returned within 7 Days notice.
2. Cancellation must be done via the Order Email Received. 
3. Repayment will be to the same Card used of Purchase.
3. Cancellation can not be done at JDC Branches.

This item will be shipped as soon as possible. Shipping depends on availability of the product as well as any additional changes that need to be made to the product (e.g. sizing). On average, your product will be shipped within 7 working days if it is available in store. It can take up to 15 working days if it needs to be ordered from a supplier, alternatively it can take up to 8 weeks if it needs to be ordered from overseas. Before placing your order, you are welcome to check what the delivery time for your product will be.

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days of the receipt of your purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your receipt of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any items that have been altered as per your request.

Additional non-returnable items:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: enquiries@jdco.co.za

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you will be supplied with a return address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
